Nēnē are Hawaiʻi's state bird, federally threatened (2019) and still state endangered under HRS 195D. A symbolic adoption pairs you with a specific banded bird. The money goes to predator traps, trail cameras, gas, and the field hours that keep tabs on the flock. You get the photo, the band code, and updates when there is actually something to report.
